We are happy to announce that we will be moving into our new premises at the end of the month which will be significantly bigger than our existing facilty. This comes at the same time as our fiscal year-end and associated physical inventory count, so we have our work cut out over the coming two weeks.

Unlike last year when production went through some significant changes and hiccups, product has been coming out in a much more timely fashion and in much greater volume; the challenge is now ours to receive and dispatch parts as they come in while juggling the preparation of, and the actual move to, the new premises. The new premises will provide welcome relief to the acute shortage of space and we look forward to the improved efficiencies and resources soon to be at our disposal.

In the meantime, we will continue to make great efforts in providing timely replies to the important number of e-mails and phone calls that we receive everyday. We have recently added staff who are in training , and once up to speed, should help to improve our level of service. It isn't our policy to let e-mails or phone calls go unanswered and we ask for your understanding over the next couple of weeks should we be late in answering.
