'Getting better all the time.

It's been a little while since we last wrote: things have been very busy and the most important things need to get done first. At the same time, we're learning where we can improve things.
Firstly, we sold out of many of our front, side and tail fairings early in the summer and are now scrambling to restock these so that customers looking to repair and get their bike back out on the road or track can do so quickly.
Secondly, the popularity of matte finishes, particularly with certain models , has been a surprise. As a matter of course, we stock many of our parts in matte. The lack of a glossy clearcoat makes the 100% carbon parts even lighter, while it still retaining a protective UV resistant finish that has proven itself through the test of time. Matte is also very much "in", particularly in Europe.
Problematic has been the fact that our shopping cart software doesn't provide information as to which finish is in stock. The company supplying the software has promised that we will have a significantly improved shopping functionality within the next few months that will allow us to show specifically which finishes are in stock. I can't say how much we're looking forward to this!
Finally, we're always looking to develop new parts and have some parts for several new models in the pipeline which will be released shortly. One of our manufacturing partners is working with us to make more parts available and we are open to considering exchanging your OEM part for a carbon one. The creation of new molds and prototypes takes about two months, so the off-season is a good time if you're considering this.Get in touch with us if you're interested to see if your part(s) qualify.
